Thrilled with my new composition front tooth. Previously was uneven due to a chip. Now looks amazingly natural. Great treatment by both the dentist, U Khalid, and the nurse. Felt relaxed for the full appointment.

I was very anxious to get my wisdom tooth removed, but Dr Usamah Khalid and Nurse Aaiza made the whole process extremely comfortable and quick. I was done within 15 minutes and wondered why I was ever anxious to begin with.

Dr Usamah was absolutely amazing today. I had a very difficult tooth extraction, and he was calm, patient, and reassuring throughout. He explained what was happening, checked on me constantly, and handled a challenging situation with real care and professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful and would highly recommend him.

I visited the practice a week ago to have a filling done and a general check-up. Dr Simran Poonia was amazing. Her professionalism and duty of care were fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, and nothing was too much. She found some decay on another tooth and fixed that. Hats off to her, she is a great addition to the practice.

I’ve been with Castle Street Dental practice since childhood and have been through all the iterations! I had a hygienist appointment with Amelia yesterday, and it’s honestly the best I’ve had. She was very kind and listened to my concerns and gave me really helpful suggestions, too. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

A huge thank you to Dr Khalid for the incredible teeth whitening treatment! I had a discoloured (dead) front tooth, and Dr Khalid performed internal bleaching on it along with whitening my surrounding teeth. The results are amazing—my front tooth is visibly brighter, and I feel so much more confident in my smile. Thank you again.

Got a same-day emergency appointment between Christmas and New Year, while visiting the area. All the staff were kind and professional, and the dentist went the extra mile in taking photos and X-rays that she sent in an email to me, so I could forward them to my own dentist as well as doing a very effective patch-up temp filling….. all for £40. Amazing. Sadly, my dentist has quoted over £1200 to save the tooth…. should have stayed at Castle Street!

I had to go back to the practice today to pay a deposit for future treatment after my check-up yesterday by Dentist Amreet Dulay (excellent experience by the way!), and I received such a cheerful welcome. The practice was busy, but what I needed to do was done so quickly and efficiently, and I was sent away with a smile on my face, having received brilliant care on both days. Best Dental Practice for miles!

I went for an Invisalign consultation and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist upon arrival. I was seen promptly by Dr Poonia, who was friendly, professional, and thorough. She performed a digital scan and clearly explained the entire process, showing me exactly how my teeth would look after treatment. I really appreciated how helpful and informative she was; overall, a great experience!

This has been our family’s dentist for over 20 years. They’re efficient, friendly and good communicators. They don’t do any of the hard sell that some places try – they offer the range of options, explain them clearly and allow the patient to choose what suits them, both financially and from a health and aesthetic point of view.

I went today for an emergency appointment with huge pain in my tooth, and Dr Khaled and his nurse Ola were incredibly helpful. I had a root canal done and treatment, and I can tell you that the level of professionalism and the cleanliness they provide is unreal. I thank them as much as I can with every opportunity I have for all they do. Amazing people and also the best at what they do. Definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking dental help.

I had to have a private composite crown fitted and was treated by Dr Khalid. His work from start to finish was to a very high standard. Dr Khalid did such an amazing job, it’s impossible to tell the crown from a real tooth; the finish is that good. Dr Khalid was very thorough, and the treatment I received was 2nd to none. His nurse, Aaiza, was so attentive, and she made me feel at ease for my whole treatment. Thank you both for such a smooth experience. Highly recommended.

The last few months was introduced to my new dentist as the previous one retired. What a breath of fresh air. Usamah Khalid is young, friendly, with up-to-date knowledge and shares it professionally with empathy and patience. Going to visit the dentist is no longer a fear as his radiant smile puts you at ease instantly. Shout out to his nurse, Ola, too. Brilliant team.
