Dental fees

At Castle Street Dental Practice, we believe in being open and transparent about the cost of your care. You will always be given a full treatment plan and a clear breakdown of costs before any work begins, so there are no surprises- just straightforward, honest dentistry.

The fees below reflect our private treatment prices as of January 2026. NHS charges may differ; please ask our reception team for more information about NHS treatment bands and what is covered. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

Are these NHS or private prices?

The fees listed on this page are our private treatment prices. NHS charges are set by the government and are structured differently; they are based on treatment bands rather than individual procedures. Please contact us to find out more about NHS availability and charges.

Will I know the cost before treatment begins?

Yes, always. Before any treatment is carried out, your dentist will provide you with a clear treatment plan that includes a full breakdown of the costs involved. We do not proceed without your informed consent.

Do you offer payment plans?

Please speak to our team about the payment options available to you. Our Practice Membership Plan (£19.95/month) is a great way to spread the cost of routine care.

What is a deposit and when is it required?

A deposit may be required when booking certain appointments, for example, for cosmetic consultations, hygiene appointments, and implant consultations. Details are shown alongside the relevant fees above. Deposits are either refundable or deducted from the cost of treatment if you proceed.

Are your prices all-inclusive?

Prices shown are for the specific treatment listed. Some treatments may require additional consultations, X-rays, or preparatory work; your dentist will include all relevant costs in your treatment plan before you commit to anything.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book by calling us, using our online contact form, or speaking to our reception team in person. We will find a time that suits you and confirm any deposit requirements at the time of booking.
