I was very anxious to get my wisdom tooth removed, but Dr Usamah Khalid and Nurse Aaiza made the whole process extremely comfortable and quick. I was done within 15 minutes and wondered why I was ever anxious to begin with.

I visited the practice a week ago to have a filling done and a general check-up. Dr Simran Poonia was amazing. Her professionalism and duty of care were fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, and nothing was too much. She found some decay on another tooth and fixed that. Hats off to her, she is a great addition to the practice.

I had a discoloured (dead) front tooth, and Dr Khalid performed internal bleaching on it along with whitening my surrounding teeth. Got a same-day emergency appointment between Christmas and New Year, while visiting the area. All the staff were kind and professional, and the dentist went the extra mile in taking photos and X-rays that she sent in an email to me, so I could forward them to my own dentist as well as doing a very effective patch-up temp filling….. all for £40. Amazing. Sadly, my dentist has quoted over £1200 to save the tooth…. should have stayed at Castle Street!

I had to go back to the practice today to pay a deposit for future treatment after my check-up yesterday by Dentist Amreet Dulay (excellent experience by the way!), and I received such a cheerful welcome. The practice was busy, but what I needed to do was done so quickly and efficiently, and I was sent away with a smile on my face, having received brilliant care on both days. Best Dental Practice for miles!

I went for an Invisalign consultation and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist upon arrival. I was seen promptly by Dr Poonia, who was friendly, professional, and thorough. She performed a digital scan and clearly explained the entire process, showing me exactly how my teeth would look after treatment. I really appreciated how helpful and informative she was; overall, a great experience!

This has been our family’s dentist for over 20 years. They’re efficient, friendly and good communicators. They don’t do any of the hard sell that some places try – they offer the range of options, explain them clearly and allow the patient to choose what suits them, both financially and from a health and aesthetic point of view.

I went today for an emergency appointment with huge pain in my tooth, and Dr Khaled and his nurse Ola were incredibly helpful. I had a root canal done and treatment, and I can tell you that the level of professionalism and the cleanliness they provide is unreal. I thank them as much as I can with every opportunity I have for all they do. Amazing people and also the best at what they do. Definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking dental help.

I had to have a private composite crown fitted and was treated by Dr Khalid. His work from start to finish was to a very high standard. Dr Khalid did such an amazing job, it’s impossible to tell the crown from a real tooth; the finish is that good. Dr Khalid was very thorough, and the treatment I received was 2nd to none. His nurse, Aaiza, was so attentive, and she made me feel at ease for my whole treatment. Thank you both for such a smooth experience. Highly recommended.

The last few months was introduced to my new dentist as the previous one retired. What a breath of fresh air. Usamah Khalid is young, friendly, with up-to-date knowledge and shares it professionally with empathy and patience. Going to visit the dentist is no longer a fear as his radiant smile puts you at ease instantly. Shout out to his nurse, Ola, too. Brilliant team.
