Dental treatment is an investment in your health and confidence, but we know that paying for it all at once is not always easy. The good news is that there are several ways to make dental care more affordable. Here is a simple guide to your options at Castle Street.
For clinically necessary treatment, NHS care offers fixed, affordable prices. You pay one charge per course of treatment: £27.90 for band 1, £76.60 for band 2 and £332.10 for band 3 from april 2026. Many people, including children and those on certain benefits, get free treatment.
Our practice membership plan lets you spread the cost of your routine private care into a simple monthly payment of £19.95. It includes:
It is a great way to budget for your dental care and keep on top of prevention.
For larger private treatments, we offer 0% finance over 12 months through our partner Tabeo. You pay a deposit at the start, then split the rest into equal monthly payments with no interest. It is ideal for treatments such as:
Finance is subject to eligibility and approval by Tabeo, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Of course, you can also pay for your treatment as you go. You will always receive a written treatment plan and cost breakdown before treatment starts, so you know exactly what to expect.
Many patients combine options. For example, you might be a membership plan member for your routine care, then use 0% finance for Invisalign®, with your 10% member discount applied too.
