Yes. You can join the Castle Street Dental Plan at any point in the year, and your benefits begin as soon as your plan is active.
Yes. Please speak to our team about adding additional family members to the plan. Each family member joins as an individual member at the same monthly rate.
There is a 12-month minimum commitment from your joining date. After that, you can cancel at any time by contacting our reception team. Any unused appointments within the plan year are non-transferable, and no refund will be given for unused benefits.
Plan members receive priority access for emergency visits, so you will always be seen as quickly as possible. Emergency treatment costs are separate from the plan but are eligible for the 10% members’ discount.
No. There is no joining fee. You simply set up a direct debit and your plan begins from the date of your first payment.
The Castle Street Dental Plan is a private membership arrangement and is separate from any NHS treatment. Please speak to our team if you have questions about how the plan works alongside NHS care.
