As Practice Manager, Michele oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, from coordinating appointments and managing the patient journey to supporting the clinical team and making sure the practice operates to the highest standards. It’s a role that requires warmth, precision, and a genuine commitment to getting things right for every patient.
For many patients, Michele and her team are the first people they speak to, whether that’s over the phone, by email, or when they walk through the door. She understands that visiting the dentist isn’t always at the top of people’s favourite lists, and makes it her priority to put patients at ease from the very first interaction.
